Hey there, I’m Leah.
With a foundation in anthropology, international development, and regenerative agriculture, my work has always centered around one guiding question: What does it mean to nourish ourselves, our communities, and our planet?
I’ve managed vegetable and livestock farms tending to plants and animals with my hands in the earth. I’ve worked with smallholder farmers in Southeast Asia, commercial dairy farmers, and large scale grain farmers throughout the United States to understand their needs and collaborate to move towards more sustainable approaches. I’ve worked with executive leadership and software developers understanding needs, creating shared visions, and creating processes to execute. I’ve worked with and mentored young professionals as they learn about themselves, their passions, and what they want to create in the world. These experiences have humbled and inspired me. Each experience, each person has taught me the importance of true connection, of deep listening, and of real understanding. All of which I bring to each and every interaction that I have.
All these experiences lead me to see that my true passion is in the people. The people who tend the farm, the people who run the company, the people who are setting out into their first careers. I love learning about what motivates, learning about what inspires, learning about what feels heavy, and what feels light all to empower individuals to be who they want to be and to create what they want to create in the world.
As a coach and yoga instructor, I offer an approach that blends movement, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional exploration. My philosophy is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe that growth begins with radical honesty and that physical, emotional, spiritual nourishment is essential for our well-being.
I create space for people to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their breath, their body, their emotions, and the natural world around them. I’m not here to give answers, I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your own. My intention is to meet you where you are, to honor you, and to support your return to what feels nourishing and grounded.
